Join us for Barts Health CKD Group Education Session

This is a group education session for patients delivered by the Renal (Kidney) unit at Barts Health.

The session is aimed at providing general information about kidney disease and how you can optimise your health. The session is delivered by a specialist renal Dietician, Healthy Living Advisor and a consultant Nephrologist.

As this is a group session, we will not be able to provide advice concerning individual/personal health questions, but there will be an opportunity to ask generic questions. A friend or relative is also able to join if you would like.
