What is Accurx?
Accurx enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.

All requests made via Accurx will be read by a member of the team within 2 working days.

Total Triage
Effective from 8 August 2024, the surgery will be adopting a Total Triage approach. All requests for GP appointments will be reviewed by our practice team in the first instance. They will discuss and decide on the most appropriate course of treatment.
Please note that the reception team will not be able to book GP appointments directly for you, they can assist you in completing a form, made up of 4-6 questions to book your appointment.
It is very important that you ensure that your contact number is up to date on your medical record.
